      As a member of the NDS team I want to be able to easily make changes to the NDS website so content can remain relevant.

       

      Acceptance Criteria

      1. Website no longer relies on server-side includes
      2. All components of site are in github
      3. Can easily stage new versions of the site for review
      4. Can easily deploy new site
      5. Can easily revert to previous version of the site
