As someone interested in National Data Service I want to see a list of datasets that are currently available so I can better understand the scope of the project.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Visit the website and easily find the list of available data sets
2. View the list and understand 
   1. What each data set is
   2. Where it comes from

Assumptions

1. Will need to figure out where to put this page and how to navigate to it
2. Changes to the website change workflow are not part of this story
3. Will need to talk to Kenton to get the complete list
