Create a new "ndslabs-dashboard" angularjs module from the existing code.

The new module should depend on:

• ndslabs-api
• ndslabs-landing
• ndslabs-services
• ndslabs-directives
• ndslabs-filters
• ndslabs-login

The new module should contain:

• dashboard view
• catalog view
• addOrEditSpec view
• addOrEditService view
• "contact us" view? (optional)

This module should be served from the existing webui pod.

This ticket is complete when the webui serves this new angularjs module and integrates with the others
