      Problem

When I create a jupyter application using one of the jupyter docker images it launches with a secret token. When I attempt to visit the web page for the first time it asks me to paste this token into the window. This requires me to visit the console of the app in workbench to find the token.  This will become more of a barrier when we switch to quick start.

      Proposed Solution

Once we have SSO complete then the web page where the jupyter app is exposed should be protected by this SSO token. We should be able to change the parameters in the notebook to come up with Jupyter security completely disabled.

      Acceptance Criteria

      1. Sign into workbench.
      2. Launch an application with a jupyter notebook.
      3. Go straight into notebook
      4. Open browser in incognito mode.
      5. Paste the notebook's url
      6. Ensure access is denied
