Fix protractor (selenium) e2e tests

      The current suite of e2e has been neglected, and fails regularly. Fix test cases as best you can to prepare for the push for CI/CD.

      Specifically:

      • Fix failing test cases (best effort)
      • Fix pageObjects to use new routes / titles
      • Fix expected Confluence links in all test cases
      • Fix expected logout behavior

      This ticket is complete when the above problems have been addressed
