MTU problems deploying at SDSC

    Description

      Had problems again with MTU at SDSC and wonder whether we should have separate MTU values for CoreOS and Flannel/Docker

      • Update inventory/sites, add flannel_mtu variable
      • Update roles/coreos-ndslabs-devsystem/templates/10-docker0.conf.j2 and roles/flannel-mtu/templates/workbench-flannel.env.j2 to use flannel_mtu in place of mtu
