As a developer / tester of NDS Labs, testing changes made to the token timeout logic can be very tedious when each session lasts for 30 minutes.

It would be nice to parameterize the session timeout period to make it easier to test token logic.

This story is complete when the admin can pass in the session timeout as a parameter when starting the API server.
