I have heard about some nice tools that might help generate some of the things we would like for the UI:

• ngDescribe - may be useful in generating test cases to cut down on boilerplate code
• Yeoman - may be useful in generating project skeletons for new UIs (i.e. NDS-197 and friends) or adding new pages / modules
• grunt-angular-architecture-graph - may be useful in generating a dependency graph for reading/understanding the UI code

This ticket is complete when we understand how the above technologies might be leveraged to scale out NDS Labs and associated projects.
