Our current "Create Account" wizard was made mostly for testing/demos and lacks any sort of true error handling. Some basic per-field validation exists, but most pressing is that the user is not given any indication of a server-side failure.

For example, the following cases are not handled properly:

• attempting to create a namespace that duplicates another
• attempting to create a namespace which contains illegal uppercase letters

This ticket is complete when we are properly handling the above cases, prompting the user properly to adjust their input before continuing.
