To support copying data to and from running containers (stack services), the user's home directory (/home/user) will be mounted on every container.

This ticket is complete when the following happens:

• A home directory is created for each user account (this is basically the /volumes/namespace we have today, with minor modifications)
• When a stack is started, a volumeMount is created on /home/user on the container.
• The user can copy data from home->container or container->home and data is persisted across stack runs.
