As a developer using the NDS Labs platform, I should be able to easily edit and debug Groovy code.

Groovy is a JVM language with a syntax resembling that of Ruby or Python.

      Some useful features might include:

      1. Local debugging
      2. Running from command-line (groovy, groovyc)
      3. Remote debugging
      4. Any integration or management for @Grapes would be nice as well

Although plenty of options exist, Cloud9 seemed to be a good jumping-off point since the built-in terminal, #2 and therefore #3 should be fairly easy

This ticket can be closed when a suitable Groovy development environment has been packaged as an NDS Labs service spec pointing to a tagged Docker image (i.e. not "latest")
