As the-end user of NDS Labs, it would be nice to be able to import a new spec to my personal catalog. This would allow me to potentially run an arbitrary Docker image within NDS Labs without needing to contribute back to the system catalog.

This form should simply be a textarea into which the user can paste a full JSON spec.

This story is complete when the user can access a form allowing them to paste in a new JSON spec and add that spec to their personal catalog from the NDS Labs UI.

Aside: Are there security concerns with this?
