As the-end user of NDS Labs, it would be nice to be able to import a new spec to my personal catalog. This would allow me to potentially run an arbitrary Docker image within NDS Labs without needing to contribute back to the system catalog.

This form should simply be a text block with a "Copy to Clipboard" button, allowing the user to easily paste a full JSON spec to their associates.

This story is complete when the user can access a form from the NDS Labs UI that allows them to copy a full JSON spec to their clipboard to easily share it with others.

Aside: Are there security concerns with this?
