As the-end user of NDS Labs, it would be nice to be able to delete spec from my personal catalog. This would allow me to clean up my existing catalog entries, in case I no longer need them listed.

NOTE: System catalog entries may NOT be deleted in this fashion.

This story is complete when the user can remove a spec from their personal catalog from the NDS Labs UI.
