As the-end user of NDS Labs, it would be nice to be able to clone a spec to my personal catalog. This would allow me to override the Docker tag of a particular system catalog entry, for example, to run a custom version of the system's Clowder image.

Ideally, clicking the "Clone" button would simply:

1. Bring the user to the usual "Add Spec" or "Import Spec" view
2. Populate all fields of the form (except the unique "key")
3. Allow the user to make modifications before clicking saving to etcd

This story is complete when the user can clone a spec from the NDS Labs UI.
