We need to better understand the process for account creation, approval, feedback/support and communication with beta users:

• Who gets approved for beta access and how?
• How do we create accounts?
• How do we notify users is the system goes down (beta mailing list?)
• How will we announce the beta release?
• How do they contact us for support?
