NDS-308 added the "Secure" attribute to the stack object. If true, for HTTP-based services the user is prompted for HTTP-basic authentication via the ingress controller.

This task encompasses adding the ability to secure a stack. This could be a checkbox or switch on the stack accordion bar. For now, the service can only be secured if stopped.
