As the end-user of NDS Labs, I should be able to easily manage the files in my home folder.

We have found an open-source cloud file manager service called "Cloud Commander" that we can use to accomplish this (assuming the functionality provided by NDS-441). A button in the UI should allow the user to launch this service and redirect them to it once it is online.

This story is complete when the user is presented with a button in the UI that allows them to launch if not launch, then open their FileManager service.
