We used to have the notion of an application stack vs standalone services. There seem to be problems with hiding services in this fashion by default. We should discuss the best way to handle scaling this page.

Options might include:

1. simply treat the spec's "display" field as a boolean and hide all entries with display === false
2. add a pager to the catalog, limiting page size to some sane default (i.e. 8 card per page, 20 table rows per page, etc)
3. show all services, create a new tag representing services that cannot run alone, and assign this tag to all services currently labeled as "none"

This ticket is complete when we have discussed and filed new ticket for the work involved in changing the current behavior of the "display" field.
