From NDS-378, we'll need to finalized the noVNC implementation. This includes:

• Creating our own custom web UI based on vnc.html/vnc_auto.html. We do not need authentication, but we do need the clipboard feature (no matter how weak).
• We'll need to customize the vnc.html and/or vnc_auto.html to remove the unnecessary icons (restart, etc).
• We need to resolve the problem that you can exit the application without the container stopping. Xpra handles this nicely, but I don't have a solution for noVNC.
• "Connected to:" banner at the top of noVNC is slightly annoying
