As the end-user of NDS Labs, I am presented with many new and confusing ideas after logging in for the first time. It would be nice for the UI to walk me through some of the things I can do with the platform to get me started.

There should obviously be an option to skip this tutorial, if you are already familiar with the platform.

Some tutorial steps might include:

1. Add your first application (cowsay-php?)
2. Start / Stop an application
3. View Console / Config / Logs of a running application
4. Edit / Delete a stopped application
5. Clone / Create a spec
6. Import / Export a spec
7. Edit or Delete a spec

This ticket is complete when the user is optionally guided through their first usage of the platform.
