Description

Encountered a problem deploying a test cluster while needing to retain configuration for an existing cluster. The deploy-tools saved_and_sensitive directory stores ~~certs~~ (this was fixed by ~~NDS-562~~) and inventory_cache globally. This should be changed to a named subdirectory.
