Some dependencies in the UI (specifically fonts and logos) are streamed when accessing from a browser. This means when the occasional network hiccup happens, the font can fail to load from Google with a 404 and that changes the styling of our page.

Many such dependencies are already sourced locally with bower. More investigation is needed into creating or reusing a "Roboto Font" bower component.

This ticket is complete when the Workbench UI can render itself in your browser, even in complete network isolation.
