Dataverse and Hydra rely on Solr, but must be able to inject custom configuration files during startup. Currently, the Dataverse Solr container is dataverse-specific.

Mike proposed a good solution – put the config (schema.xml, etc) in the container Github repo and add a config variable to pull these files from a repo. If not specified, use the default files.
