When this happens, the "Files" nav in the UI acts as though no user interaction has occurred at all.

Stranger still, breakpoints in "$scope.launchFileManager()" are never hit, meaning the method is never even called. This may be related to NDS-638.

Refreshing the page usually allows you to use the button as expected.
