Over the course of NDS-691, I have found that grafana does not have a volume mount to preserve dashboard configuration.

A volume mount should be added to the grafana container to preserve saved dashboard settings.

This ticket is complete when the Grafana monitoring service can be restarted without losing saved dashboard settings.

Bonus points: discover other LMA services with missing volume mounts (for example, kibana...)
