We can always switch back to Stable temporarily if problems are interfering with our work on Beta, which can be done without reprovisioning the instance in OpenStack.
The reasoning is that, while we don't want unforeseen problems hitting us during production, we want to test that nothing new coming down the pipeline is going to cause us problems (for example, if CoreOS updates the version of Docker out from under us).
This ticket is complete when the CoreOSBeta image on OpenStack has been updated to the latest in that channel, and we have discussed the merits of using this on our single-node development instances and/or (possibly) on our multi-node dev test clusters.
