The current catalog looks much better than before, but still doesn't quite have the "AppStore" vibe we were hoping for.

I would like to improve the look and feel of the catalog by making it so that instead of simply scrolling through all of the applications, you are scrolling down through the search tags we have added previously (which could be further filtered by type - i.e. language search tags vs technology search tags).

In what I am imagining, each horizontal row would represent a different search tag and would contain only the applications that also have that tag. This way, vertically scrolling would show more of the categories (search tags), while horizontal scrolling would show more applications that have the given search tag.

This ticket is complete when the new Catalog UI has been designed and implemented.
