pramodr reported a big problem with terra's instance of workbench.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to TERRA workbench
2. Add Jupyter NetCDF (or others)
3. Start the service
4. Copy the endpoint link
5. Open a new incognito window
6. Paste the copied endpoint URl into the address bar

Expected Behavior:

• user should be prompted to authenticate into Jupyter

Actual Behavior:

• user is allowed access without needing to authenticate
