Follow the instructions here to request the wildcard domain for the earthcube instance.

NOTE: We will need to determine what the domain will be for this instance, before making these requests.

Expected process:

1. Determine desired domain (i.e. workbench.earthcube.org or earthcube.nationaldataservice.org or similar)
2. Request wildcard DNS for this domain
3. Once DNS is set up, you can then generate a CSR for the TLS certs and send the appropriate e-mail requests

This ticket is complete when we have DNS set up + TLS certs generated for the EarthCube instance
