The purpose of this ticket is to make the SuAVE prototype image launchable from Workbench.

1. We will need to adjust our image in ndslabs-earthcube to allow user to set mongo host / port / user / pass / db via env vars kcoakley has already taken care of this for us
2. Write a suave.json spec for Labs Workbench

This ticket is complete when the above steps have been completed, and SuAVE starts up in Workbench without needing to jump into the container manually.
