On 9/14/2015, 12:55 pm, all tests failed on dap-dev. Manually ran it; polyglot was running at 100-200% CPU and 1 GB memory (RSS), did not respond to the API call, so even the first test was blocked and waiting, thus all tests failed again.

Rebooted the polyglot process. Manually started the tests, all passed. Polyglot process still 100% CPU. Need to investigate at some time.

This occurred on 8/28 3 pm also, and has been like that (100% CPU) for a while.
