Use OCR to get rid of slightly different versions of the same control (before mining the next level).
For Notepad application, for example, under the File subtree there is a File recognized about 13 times. This will become a problem if the levels were set to mine 3 levels. Use OCR to recognize the word file and drop from 13 subtrees created for this control to 1 subtree.
