Since we are using GitHub for source code management, we need to quickly make a call on whether to use GitHub integration for Jira Server or to use GitHub issues altogether.

1. Ease of use 
2. Good integration between source code and tasks
   1. Helps in quickly switching back and forth between code and task
   2. Helps with the creation of repository branches
3. Ability to generate different kinds of reports to look at various aspects of the project
4. Have access restrictions on tasks [can be optional based on how much "open" we need to be.]
