Currently, many users in SEAD have multiple accounts that appear in the interface to be the same account because they share the same name string and email address. This creates confusion when adding people to a space (for example, one can see two entries for "Anna Ovchinnikova (anyao@umich.edu)" but they are apparently different. Also, the invitee doesn't necessarily know what account they should log in as in order to access the space they've been added to.

      Acceptance Criteria:
      1. Users see the source of the account on the manage users page when they go to add new users. The convention for display should be as such:
      Dharma Akmon <dharma.akmon@gmail.com> [GOOGLE]
      Dharma Akmon <dharma.akmon@gmail.com> [Local Account]
      Dharma Akmon <> [TWITTER]

      2. Users see the source of the account in the listing of existing users on the manage users page (Users tab). The convention for display should be as such should be the same as what appears in the list.

      3. On the user profile page add a label that says "Profile Source" and the source of the account. This only applies to external profile sources; if local this field and link do not appear
