Following 4 ROs were published into NDS repository through C3PR 2.0 beta1 production system. These were not sent to IU SEAD Cloud as it did not have the BagIt support and had limitations in the metadata displayed in the landing page by that time.

These collections have to be migrated into IU SEAD Cloud now as it not longer has the above limitations. When migrating these ROs, the IU SEAD Cloud policy should not be violated. However the published versions of the ROs doesn't contain the following metadata fields "Publishing Project" and "Creation Date" which are enforced by the policy. Therefore, during the migration process, publication requests need to be updated.

We have to decide whether to migrate these ROs manually or to automate the process. For these objects, manual migration is manageable. However, there are bunch of ROs went through SEAD 1.5 and older versions which might need republishing. Therefore, if we use tooling to do "republishing using an existing DOI", that will help the entire migration process.

Work on this ticket can be started only after making the decision on the process to follow for migration.
