As a user, I only want to see in the list of the collections those things I can access. As a collection owner or Project Space member who has added a collection to a Project Space, I don't want people who don't have access to the collection to see anything about it.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. On the Collections list, a users only sees the collections that she has access to.
