As a SEAD user, I want to be able to see files within my browser window so that I don't have to download a file in order to see what's in it. This will help me and my team incrementally add metadata and organize data within our project space as well as decide what we want to download.

Acceptance Criteria:
1. SEAD users are able to view in their browser the following popular document types: PDF, Movie, pictures, Word, PPT, Excel. See https://sead2-dev.ncsa.illinois.edu/collection/56cca4f9e4b0c3d1897ef466, for complete list of what users should be able to view in browser without downloading.

2. Depending on the mode of offering this functionality, we may need to allow users to opt out/in for privacy concerns and provide information about this.
