I think this issue may be related to the completed CATS-532. In 2.0 beta, I'm seeing some thumbnail error on tiles of project spaces that Ann created. Please see the screenshot. Could you please check what is going on? It may have to do with the type of URLs that Ann was using for her logo images (example: https://pixabay.com/en/dog-hovawart-black-pet-1194087/).
