orgIdentifier IDs retrieved for repositories from SEAD's c3pr api, GET ../api/repositories, or returned in the respoinse to an ../api/researhobjects/matchingrepositories POST are case sensitive. Clowder is currently forcing the ID to lower case when creating a publication request that is POSTed to ../api/researchobjects . This causes a failure when the orgIdentifier has capital letters. We can work around by forcing profiles to use lower case for now, but c3pr services maintain case and Clowder should match that.
