As a user working in Project Spaces, I want to be able to delete multiple datasets, folders, files, or collections so that I don't have to delete each one separately when I have more than a couple to delete.

Acceptance Criteria:

-we need to define how this looks and what the end-to-end interaction is.
-also, we might consider implementing this in only certain areas first, before more widely (e.g. bulk delete files in a dataset)
