With the early July release, we're moving from SEAD 2.0 Beta to SEAD 2.0. We need to change the URL of SEAD to coincide with the release.

The new url should be: https://sead2.ncsa.illinois.edu/. Ideally all old links would resolve to the new version (in other words if they put in a link with beta in the url it would redirect to the link without it. If that's too complicated, I think it's fine to keep the old links around.
