As a user, I want the ability to control which set of content I'm searching so that I can more easily find what I want.

Acceptance criteria:

1. User can choose to search all SEAD (which is just the content the user has access to) OR can search only 'their' content (where 'their' is the content that is uploaded by them or in a project space they're a member of) OR can search a particular project space.
