As a user, I want the ability to sort sets of things so that I can more easily find what I want and assign metadata more easily when I bulk upload things.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. For dataset listings (both /datasets and datasets that are mine or part of project spaces I belong to) as well as dataset list within a collection give users the option to sort the list by date uploaded (chronological or reverse chronological) or by title (A-Z).

2. By default, datasets are listed in reverse chronological order.

3. For file listings within a dataset enable the same sorting capability and defaults.
