This ticket addresses several minor improvements needed to breadcrumb navigation based on the first release of this functionality.

1. when in a space, clicking on a folder produces a breadcrumb without that folder being included as the last item in the breadcrumb. The folder should be in the main breadcrumb after it has been clicked on.

2. We are still showing the old folder breadcrumb further down the page. we no longer need this to appear at all.

3. when working with objects that do not belong to a space (for example, using links under "Create"), the breadcrumb starts with the user's name and this links to their profile. Instead it should link to the user's dashboard.
