NOTE: this is a high priority item that is preventing users from migrating from 1.5 to 2.0.

As a Project Space user, I need to see how many pages of items there are and to adjust the number of things shown on a page so that I can more easily get a sense of how much is there.

ACs
1. This applies to datasets page, the collections page, and the files pages.
2. User sees how many pages of things there are and what page out of that total number they are on up to [10 page?]. Look to 1.5 for the type of functionality being requested (posted as a screenshot here as well)
3. The user has the ability to change how many items appear on the page (Look to 1.5 for the type of functionality being requested (posted as a screenshot here as well)
