Develop a mechanism to create a token that will provide access to a given data set for a given time period that is also associated with an optional description of the token's purpose. It should be possible to create the token from a data page, to see the list of active tokens as a separate page, to revoke a token. The holder(s) of the token (a URL) should be able to view the data referenced by it without logging in to the ACR. It should not be possible to navigate from that data page to any other info in the ACR w/o logging in. (Navigating to public profiles in VIVO is OK/expected). For now, we will not hide metadata on the data page (e.g. info about what collection that data set is in, what other data sets its related to) - we'll just limit navigation.
