This task is to enable users to upload geospatial data and automatically use it in other applications via OGC services. Since geoserver implements the required core functionality, this task is really to look at what configuration and/or GUI changes are needed to make it clear to users how to ingest geo data and how to access it via OGC WMS, etc. - could be as minimal as instructions for how to package shapefile data properly and a gnereate a link to the WMS service endpoint in the Medici/ACR data page.
Jong - if you can define what needs to be done and generate sub-tasks that can be handled by others, please feel free to break this up and assign things to others (Yudong, Suarabh, etc.) or pass them back to me to assign.
