Changed code to drop to cookies for .illinois.edu domain. Added ability to store session ids on an external Redis instance instead of the servlet session. Works fine on one machine. Have to test on multiple machines and install redis on sead.ncsa.illinois.edu.

Requirements have changed to use Google as a OAuth2 provider.
