Abstracts should support simple formatting, e.g. paragraph breaks, tabs, lists, links. Supporting this may involve both updating the input field for abstracts in the main Medici collection interface as well as changing the Public Collections/NCED interface. (The NCED abstracts were added programatically, so the fact that they show up without formatting suggests that display is an issue.)
